lean bodybuilding advice needed

hey guys i have been lately getting into the bodybuilding world! yea happy about it! but lately i have been wanting to get a lean ripped body.  My body  had a lot of unsightly fat, love handles, the underarmpit fat! belly fat to begin with . SO i decided to do cardio.

Well i did do alot of cardio. I did see results my pants went from 32 to 30 inches. I mean i lost quite some weight. BUt the problem was i was not really fat to begin. The reason i got onto the treadmill was to lose the unsightly fat but i started losing weight.  although i have lost this weight the flab of fat which was there still hasnt gone. i am around 60 kgs now! well i have been doing strength training as well some times maintaining a diet but do i need to lose more fat if so how should i do it without losing too much weight?
Also wut kind of workouts should i do to get that perfect lean body with a six pack? wut kind of diet should i stick to?
I am posting my photos of how i look now so you guys can tell if i should lose more weight or wutever?
